How is AIsion different from a generic AI chatbot?
A generic chatbot answers from what a foundation model learned on the public internet. AIsion answers from your documents, systems and policies through retrieval-augmented generation, cites the exact source of every claim, and respects your existing access permissions — users only ever see what they were already allowed to see.
Is our data used to train the AI models?
No. Your content is never used to train foundation models. AIsion indexes it into a private knowledge layer that belongs to you, and you can deploy in cloud, sovereign cloud or fully on-premise so your data never leaves your boundary.
Which systems can AIsion connect to?
ERP, CRM, data warehouses, SharePoint, ticketing systems, email, file shares and any API. Sources are ingested, chunked, embedded and permission-tagged into the private knowledge layer, with lineage preserved from the source record through to the answer.
Can AIsion actually do things, or only answer questions?
Both. Agentic automation plans and executes multi-step work across your systems — drafting a purchase order, opening a ticket, reconciling a ledger, notifying a person. Every action that changes something passes through approvals and guardrails, and the full sequence is logged and replayable.
