2. Demo bookings (Invitee Terms)

When you book a demo through this site:

• We use the details you provide only to arrange, confirm, and follow up on that demo (see the Privacy Policy).
• You will receive a calendar invite with a joining link; you may reschedule or cancel by replying to the invite or emailing us.
• Guest attendees you add will receive the invite at the email addresses you provide — please make sure you have their permission.
• Demos are for evaluating TraveleXe products and are provided free of charge with no obligation on either side.

3. Products and services

Descriptions of products, features, packages and pricing on this website are for information and may change. Any purchase or subscription of TraveleXe products is governed by a separate written agreement or order form between you and TraveleXe — not by these website terms.

4. Intellectual property

The TraveleXe name, logos, product names (including OneBook, VoyageOS, Invento, Syncro and APINex), and the content and design of this site belong to TraveleXe or its licensors. Third-party names and logos shown as suppliers or clients belong to their respective owners.
