Hotel mapping resolves the same physical property appearing under different names, addresses and IDs across multiple suppliers into one record. Syncro (Syncro) assigns a unique global Mapping ID per hotel and links every supplier ID to it.
How many supplier feeds can it de-duplicate across?
Syncro maps across 32 or more supplier feeds, including bedbanks, wholesalers and direct hotel content, and continues to learn as new feeds are added.
Does it map rooms as well as properties?
Yes. Room categories and rate plans are normalised too, which is what makes like-for-like price comparison possible — without it, the cheapest result is often simply the most loosely described room.
Is mapping available as an API?
Yes. Hotel Mapping and Room Mapping are delivered as APIs, so platforms that are not otherwise TraveleXe customers can use Syncro as their mapping layer.
